Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Go Happy Hypermarket . We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy.


Our return policy allows you to return any non-perishable item within 10 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Perishable items such as food and flowers must be returned within 12 hours of purchase.


To return an item, please bring it to our Customer Service Desk with the original receipt. If you do not have the receipt, we may be able to look up your purchase in our system, but we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange without it.


Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging and tags. If the item is damaged, used, or missing parts, we may not be able to accept the return or may charge a restocking fee.


We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy guidelines or appears to be fraudulent or abusive.
